1. Return Period > Your satisfaction is our priority. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to request a return or exchange if the product does not meet your expectations.

• Returned in the original, intact packaging.
• Accompanied by all accessories and manuals.

4. Refund & Exchange Options > * Cash on Delivery Orders: Items paid via Cash on Delivery can be exchanged for another product or refunded via mobile money/bank transfer after the item is inspected.
